PCG combines decades of industry experience with modern grading technology and a transparent process. Every graded card comes back encapsulated with sub-grades and a metal label.

Choose your service level (priced per card)

• Grade Only — $29.99: Professional grading and encapsulation.
• Grade + Cleaning — $34.99: Gentle, grader-safe surface cleaning before grading to remove dust, debris, and fingerprints.
• Grade + Cleaning & Polish — $44.99: Full cleaning plus a careful surface polish to maximize eye appeal. Submit at your own risk (see warning below).

Prep uses professional Kurt's Card Care products. Cleaning is gentle, grader-safe surface care. Polishing is a more involved surface treatment.

⚠️ Polish — submit at your own risk. Surface polishing is considered alteration by some grading standards and could affect your grade or, in some cases, result in an "altered" or ungradable designation. Polishing also can't be undone. By selecting the Cleaning & Polish option, you acknowledge and accept this risk. If you're unsure, choose Grade Only or Grade + Cleaning, or contact us first.

How it works

1. Order the service level you want, one unit per card.
2. We email you a submission form and our ship-to address.
3. Mail us your cards, sleeved and protected (penny sleeve + top-loader or card saver).
4. We prep (if selected) and batch-submit your cards to PCG.
5. Your graded slabs ship back to you, insured — return shipping is included.

Turnaround

Plan on roughly 6–8 weeks. We submit in batches, and PCG's grading window is about 4–6 weeks on top of our handling time. We'll keep you posted along the way.

Clearing out a collection? 20+ cards in one submission qualify for our discounted bulk rate. Just reach out and we'll set you up.

• Grading outcomes are determined solely by PCG; grades can't be guaranteed.
