Refund Policy

At Arcane Arena, we take product condition, authenticity, and accurate fulfillment seriously. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at support@arcanearena.net and we will work with you to make it right.

Returns Not Accepted for Trading Card Games and Blind-Box Products

To help protect the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or buyer’s-remorse cancellations for the following product types once delivered:

- Trading card game products, including but not limited to Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Flesh and Blood, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, and Yu-Gi-Oh!
- Blind-box, mystery, randomized, or sealed collectible products

This policy helps prevent tampering, resealing, product swapping, and other issues that can affect collectible inventory.

Eligible Returns for Non-TCG Accessories and Supplies

We may accept returns on eligible non-TCG accessories and supplies, such as sleeves, binders, deck boxes, storage products, and similar items, subject to the conditions below:

- The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
- The item must be approved for return before being sent back

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved and the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective item, we will provide a return shipping label.

If the return is approved for another eligible reason, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied on eligible non-defective returns at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@arcanearena.net so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund after it is issued.
