Shipping Policy
Arcane Arena currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States.
Once a package addressed to a P.O. Box is marked delivered by the carrier to the customer’s P.O. Box, parcel locker, or the Post Office for pickup, Arcane Arena is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delay occurring after that confirmed delivery event.
However, if a package is lost or damaged in transit before confirmed delivery, or if we shipped the wrong item, contact us at support@arcanearena.net and we will review the issue and assist with the appropriate next steps.

Order Processing
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, major product releases, holidays, severe weather events, or other unforeseen delays.
Shipping Times
Transit times typically range from 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier performance, and location.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes may take longer than standard domestic shipments.
All orders ship from Apopka, Florida.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, your order will not ship until all items in that order are available unless otherwise stated.
If you want in-stock items to ship sooner, we recommend placing pre-orders on a separate order.
Pre-order release dates are subject to change by manufacturers and distributors. If a release date changes, your shipment timing will change accordingly.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you need to request an address correction or order change, contact support@arcanearena.net as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, we may require additional shipping charges before reshipping the order.
Signature Confirmation
For certain orders, we may require signature confirmation for delivery for security reasons.
Freight Forwarders
If you use a freight forwarding service or third-party forwarding address, Arcane Arena is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after the package has been delivered to the address provided on the original order.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact support@arcanearena.net as soon as possible and include your order number and photos if applicable.
For P.O. Box shipments, customers are responsible for timely retrieval of delivered packages.
